I graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Telecommunications in 2013, a major that I never actually put to use but gave me a journalism degree nonetheless. Currently, I live in Manhattan with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Dexter (yes, he’s named after the fictional vigilante—it is what it is), and when I’m not in the middle of a Law & Order: SVU marathon, I am on a relentless pursuit to try every cacio e pepe that the city has to offer.
